Halloween is for Horror

Halloween 2016

We don’t mess around in the Mofield household. Halloween is for horror, and if there’s a space for decoration, we fill it.

This year we went with a mad doctor scene complete with images of medical illustrations from the middle ages.

This scene reveals several fun props. “Primum nocere” AKA “do harm” flouting the hypocratic oath. There is a head in the jar gag. A drawing board makes for a great x-ray viewer, which is complete with my actual x-ray. We also have a blood bag and plenty of chemistry, surgical, and torture implements.

What could be more fun than a bucket of gore? not much….
